As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it is the first after multiple hours of sleep. It is the first source of energy that our body receives. For these reasons, breakfast has to be full of nutrients and vitamins. The increase of fruits in it is essential.

Here we leave you a delicious recipe that you can implement at breakfast so that your day starts in the best way.

Oatmeal Pancakes:

Ingredients for 6 pancakes:

Oat flour ………. ………. ………. ………. ………. ……….… ½ cup
Baking powder ………. ………. ………. ………. ………. …… … 1 teaspoon
a pinch of salt
Almond Milk ………. ………. ………. ………. …………… ½ cup
Egg ………. ………. ………. ………. ………. ……………….… …. 1
Coconut oil or melted butter …………………………… 1 tablespoon
Vanilla ………………………………………………………………… 1 teaspoon

In case you do not have oat flour, place the oats in a blender until it has a sandy texture.

  • In a deep bowl place all the dry ingredients and beat until they are well incorporated (Oatmeal + Salt + Baking Powder)
  • In another bowl, place all the liquid ingredients and beat until well incorporated (oat milk + egg + coconut oil / melted butter + Vanilla)
  • Add the dry ingredients to the liquids and mix until well integrated.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, add coconut oil or another component that prevents the pancake from sticking to the pan. Place the mixture until you can see several holes in the upper part of the pancake, turning this over and letting it cook on the other side.
  • Add a preferred sweetener or extra (honey, jam, etc.)
  • Add Wayú Red Fruits on the pancakes to give it a delicious and healthier touch.
  • Accompany this delicious breakfast with our Wayú infusions.

White Wine Recipe:

Ingredients:
40 ml of hot water.
Two envelopes of Wayú Pineapple.
Orange juice to taste.
White wine to taste.
Recommendation: Ice (to taste).

Sangria with Red Wine Recipe:

40 ml of hot water.
An envelope of Wayú Red fruits.
Red Wine (to taste).
Recommendation Ice (to taste).
